DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for achieving GT sales target in area Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance. Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events. Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives Supervise marketing events and programs Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically meets deadlines and abides by the route plans Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts
REQUIREMENT

Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 Having working experience in the same position sales supervisor GT at least for 2 years (from FMCG is preferable) Computer literacy Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
