DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide regular on-site visits to corporate clients and guide them to onboard to the largest digital pension platform in Hong Kong; Deliver on-site training and support to enterprises and communities, converting offline users to online users and potentially leading a sub-team to perform duties; Follow up and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner; Assist in planning and organizing workshops, campaigns, and events to promote digital adoption; Handle any assigned projects promptly.
REQUIREMENT

Higher diploma or Degree holder in social science, marketing, business administration, or equivalent; At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, and or client servicing, preferably from the pension industry (MPF/ORSO) or other financial institutions. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply; Good presentation skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English; Outgoing and presentable with good interpersonal skills. Attentive to detail and committed to a high level of relationship management and services; Enthusiastic in learning new things and proposing new initiatives and positive mindset.
