DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Customer Focus: Gaining an understanding of customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes, solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met, investigate customer complaints, and provide feedback.
Quality Focus: Monitor, identify, and address any quality issues, monitor processes and performance to detect any areas of improvement, develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems.
Continuous Improvement: Manage and evaluate all Quality Department operational metrics to drive continuous improvement, be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement develop new efficient procedures, devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, document and analyze quality data and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other managers and divisions to ensure quality standards are met, and participate in planning long-term/short-term functions of the department to support Jabil.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years experience with managerial or supervisory within the manufacturing/automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of product quality, quality checks, quality issues, problem identification and corrective action (PICA), etc. Communication skills and fluent speaking in both Bahasa & English. Strong at leadership, problem-solving, project management, time management & planning skills. Proactive, can-do spirit for improvement
