DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Must have good knowledge of IT Infrastrucure Management, Monitoring of Systems and Network, Asset Management, capacity & demand management, and Incident Management.
Must have experience on multiple hardware and software enviroments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous system environments.
Experience of handling data centre infrastructure, system administration, system upgradations & installations, implementing major projects from procurement till commissioning, project management, technical problem solving skills and service operations essential.
Knowledge and experience of handling information security in complex heterogeneous enviroments would be an added advantage.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from related major.
Experiences in IT Infrastructure for min. 4 years.
Good knowledge in Infrastructure, and Operation.
Good knowledge of ITIL practices.
Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
ITIL Certification desirable.
