DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible in ensuring maximum service availability and handle problem cases directly via phone or email Able to diagnose and solve technical problems such as core network, site network, networking hardware, etc Work in close coordination with Field Engineer, Customer Care and other technical supports in order to ensure Service Level achievement, Manage and maintain network and server monitoring system
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering Experience 2 year in the same field. Good understanding on fundamentals of TCP/IP, - Understanding LAN / WAN, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Performance Experience with MPLS / Metro-E Technology, GPON / FTTx, Wireless ( radio ) or Fiber Optic. Familiar and able to operate network devices Switch, Router, OLT, ONT, and Radio and measurement tools. Willing to working in shifting system. Computer Literate.
