REQUIREMENT
Education: Diploma (min) or S1 degree in secretarial science or related field. Those without a diploma but possesses the certification Sekretaris Profesional Bersertifikat will be considered; Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity in legal documents and correspondence; Technical Skills: Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential, so is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Additional software skills may be required depending on the role; Organisational Skills: Able to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure. The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and stay organized is key. You'll often juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously; Discretion & Confidentiality: You'll be privy to sensitive information, so discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Experience: Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experiences as a secretary and/or administrator, ideally in a Notary’s office, law firm or in-house legal department.
