DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and fulfilling MPP needs Execute Human Resource Office's daily operations. like recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development (design, implement and analyze competency development) and GA Assure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and operational procedures; and deliver HR services that suit the needs.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Law or related discipline or equivalent experience required. At least 2 years of working experience in HR Generalist / People Development (more preferable in Retail / Manufactur Industries). Understanding of the recruitment process as well as psychological tools. Understand General HR policies, procedures, and function. Ability to design and execute training programs Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly adaptable, good analytical thinking and problem solving. Placement TANGERANG
