REQUIREMENT
This role is needed to implement the new core life insurance systems (eBao InsureMO & Herald Logic Integrated Channel Management System) and then perform the necessary Business-as-Usual work for the new systems This fulltime employee is specially to provide system design expertise to ensure all the new systems are integrated in a sound and robust manner able to meet all business IT Service Level Agreement and Bank Negara Malaysia Risk Management in Technology Service Level Agreement To ensure these new IT assets Return on Investment are successfully met Work 24 x 7 shift to run all the system batch jobs Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to monitor system health status Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to monitor system security status The key challenge is to gain technical knowledge of supporting & maintaining the new systems from the vendors – will work very actively & closely with these vendors & keep updated with the technology stack to obtain this knowledge Able to gainfully capitalised and synergise these new systems to help support the company business operations in a costs effective manner.
