DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform daily reviews of system backups for the local site, operating servers, and network equipment, and document the findings.
Assist network administrators in troubleshooting network connectivity, server, and VOIP issues. Additionally, support in maintaining accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.
Work closely with Operational Technology (OT) teams to understand system requirements and integration points.
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the convergence of IT and OT technologies.
Manage Configuration Items (CI) in the Computer Management Database (CMDB).
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (including IT Infrastructure and Digital HUB) to implement various IT and Digital solutions in Singapore and Malaysia.
Actively engage with clients to comprehend their needs and advocate for IT solutions.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Computer Studies/Information Technology
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Technical knowledge of client endpoint devices and printers, software & hardware configuration troubleshooting, and follow-up
Location: Ang Mo Kio
5days work, Mon to Fri: 830am to 530pm
