DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for troubleshooting system and network Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, network and printers Technical Support for all department Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Setting up accounts for new and exit employee Make reports and documentation IT Support Ensure each device used by users complies with IT Policy Maintain up to date system software including patch and antivirus Collaborating with other IT Team Members including higher level support or system administration
REQUIREMENT

Min. S1 Information Technology At Least 1 year of working experience as IT Support Staff or related field. Strong knowledge of hardware, network and software, including operating system and common office applications Had problem solving skills and the ability diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact effectively with end-users and colleagues Active listening skills to understand and address users concerns Dicipline and integrity An eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends Preferable having experience in implementing or maintaining PABX and CCTV systems
