DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide confidential secretarial and administration supports/services to the Management, such as:
Assist Management in managing daily administrative as per procedure
Organize meetings including venue reservation, setting up the meeting needs, sending invitation (if any), remind and reconfirm the customer attendance
Arrange travel necessity for management like: ticket, transportation, visa, itinerary domestic and abroad, handling Reimbursement Travel Expense, Business Trip, Social Expense for Management
Filling and organize Name Card for Country Manager
Filling and numbering for outgoing letter, internal memo, letter will be sent to Head Office
Circulating, filing, and responding the incoming letter or report from Head Office
Handling banking transactions from Management
Handling Driver Arrangement for Management
Other job in scope of work instructed by Management
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
Fresh graduates are welcome
Having minimum 2 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, especially to Director will be a plus
Good communication skill in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal skills
Able in doing multi-task job and good time management
Willing to work overtime as well as work on weekend
Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity
