DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare, Plan, Develop, Monitor and Update Companies & Projects' budgets and transactions Create and Update financial reports - financial statements, P&L, CF, and any accounting reports Monitor, File and Update all bank/account statements, AR/AP items with complete records and evidences Create and Update cash flow projections regularly Compile, Calculate, Check, Report and Monitor all types of taxes with full compliance and accuracy on time Seek and Apply best practices for accounting operation efficiency to oneself, one's team and across companies Report and Communicate with management, peers, HQ and partners in both English and Bahasa Indonesia in verbal and written form with reasonable fluency Perform and Contribute to periodic Accounting and Finance analysis, audits, tax restitutions to detect and solve any potential and incumbent problems Execute ad hoc tasks to support daily operation of companies
REQUIREMENT

More than 3 years work experience as Accounting & Tax officer Related academic background and Tax Brevet AB & C, preferred Strong accounting, tax and analytical skill required Good in multi-tasking, communication skill in both English/Bahasa Indonesia In-depth knowledge of accounting, finance, tax logics, policies, rules, procedures and systems required Excellent time and task management ability required Great excel software skill required, including Vlookup, Pivot, financial report making etc. Proficient in e-Faktur system, eCount software preferred Diligent, honest, active, positive and detail oriented character required Indenpendently working, good as team play too.
