REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management/ Psychology / relevant Experienced in related field min. 5 (five) years Experienced in ATS, Data Analyst, and Recruitment Matrix Strong expertise in succession planning, full-cycle of recruitment and employment branding Fluent in English, both spoken and written Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have a strong leadership skill Have passion in Education Area
