DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. 2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential matches for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and fit for the role. 3. Collaborative Support: Work closely with the recruitment team to provide administrative support and assist with any additional recruitment-related tasks.

REQUIREMENT

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Prior HR/recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping. - Familiarity with social media platforms and other online sourcing techniques is advantageous. - High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Enthusiasm for the recruitment process and a genuine interest in talent acquisition.
