DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create and manage the budget of Corporate Affairs work unit (CA), including to coordinate with the CCAL Budget Coordinator and report the budget realization
Responsible to manage the asset document administration at CA custodian, including to conduct stock opname and monitor the expired asset documents
Responsible as an Administrator User of the e-Manual Application
Responsible as a Sub-CORO of Corporate Affairs (RCSA, CET and CIM)
Responsible as a Liaison Officer in managing the administration of Bank’s share investment in Venture Capital Companies
Responsible to monitor and distribute incoming letters and emails of Corporate Secretary to the related PIC/work units
Assist to create and review/update internal policies and SOP in relation to Corporate Affairs functions
Assist with the preparation of the General Meeting of Shareholders (food/souvenirs/other logistic support)
Assist to prepare the internal memo, outgoing letters and standard power of attorney/statement letters
Support other work units in providing corporate data stored by Corporate Affairs
Other: According to instructions/assignments from superiors
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in related fields, preferably majoring in Office Administration (Secretariat), Communication or Law
At least 3 years or more of experience in financial institution/banking and preferably as a Corporate Secretary, Secretary or in other administration fields
Having strong knowledge of relevant corporate laws and banking regulations will be a plus point
Excellent organizational, communication, administration and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
Good in English, both writing and speaking
Good problem solving attitude, self-motivated, fast learner, team worker and able to work in fast-paced environment with deadlines, independent and multi-tasking
