DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services Develop and build quality Service document and procedures Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework Handle and coordinate IT system procurement Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center System Deployment Assist in Data backup and restoration Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters System/network troubleshooting and rectification Assist in Annual system Audit Asset management Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
REQUIREMENT

At least 3- 7 years of relevant work experience Minimum Diploma in related fields Ability to communicate with people of various level Hands on and a team player Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory Networking knowledge is preferred Microsoft certification will be added advantage Strong Problem solving skills
