– Use various social media platforms to promote the business.
– Design templates, banners, and editing videos for social media.
– Perform Google Ads campaigns.
– Focus on improving SEO performance.
– Navigate property portals (My CRM, Property Finder, Bayut, Broker Pad, Dubizzle).
– Web and Graphic Designing skills.
– Good in Photoshoots and Videography.
– Developing and implementing Marketing Plans.
– Conducting Market research to establish customer trends and habits.
– Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts & create daily content for social media platforms.
– Support sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, and property portals.
REQUIREMENT
– 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
– At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry.
– Native Arab female candidates will only be considered for the role.
– Have experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, etc.
– Have dealt with social media platforms and Google Ads Campaigns.
– Providing reports on all paid campaigns.
