DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To perform installation, configuration and set-up and deploy of all new computer equipment.
Responsible for on-site and off-site support for desktop hardware, applications, emails, printers, and other related issues.
Responsible for web back end and developing
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues.
Guide employees on IT software and configuration.
Ensure all tickets IT issues and requests are being assigned, handled, and closed.
Responsible for creating peripherals documentation, including hardware and software inventory tracking.
First-level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Operation and maintenance of User Access and Physical Security System (CCTV and Access Door)
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree or higher in computer science, IT or Equivalent Basic Linux and Windows system administration Have knowledge of network system Willing to work extra time Understanding on scripting language such as PHP is highly preferred Understanding on Domain, Hosting, cPanel and VPS Preferably have experience as IT Support Preferably have basic knowledge of database, MySQL or postgre Preferably have design knowledge (Photoshop, Ai, Corel)
