DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor daily and monthly work plans and determine sales targets and invoices, to determine the most effective and efficient strategy to achieve the assigned targets. Visits Pareto customers to establish good relations with customers and field observations for strategy formulation Monitoring sales achievement as well as coordinating with KSA, Salesman, and Customers in accounts receivable issues to meet the sales and collection targets that haven been set Control, motivate and evaluate performance team
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation, Selling Skill, Leadership Experience minimal 2 years as Sales Supervisor in Pharmaceutical Industry Driver license needed
