Had quick access to the Customer Requirements by phone or email with strong communication skills. Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests Generate business value in the form of Sales and after sales Opportunities Improve customer engagement when interacting with the CEC Deliver a seamless and efficient interaction for every customer Occupancy and productivity of total of 8 working hours
REQUIREMENT

High School Graduate MS Office - especially MS Excel Excellent negotiation and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills. Ability to speak multiple languages – bilingual (Arabic/ English)
