DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Carry out installation and testing of equipment at outlets. Resolves product (software/hardware) problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Report the results and progress of the work team leader. Provide technical support to customers for any issues that arise with the use of our products. Conduct internal testing of the network and products to identify any issues. Attend to inquiries from customers in a timely, efficient & professional manner.
REQUIREMENT

Under 20 - 25 Years Old Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in IT, information systems, networking, or related discipline. More than 1 year in technical support or related experience, preferably in SaaS or IT network industry. (Fresh graduated are also welcome to apply) Having a good analytical problem-solving skill, persuasive skill, good communication skill Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Having a driving license and own vehicle is mandatory
