DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. To compile situational reports for the monthly management meeting. 2. To arrange appointment for the Building Manager to meet with Service Providers or Residents. 3. Attending to phone calls and vetting letters, notices and memos for the Building Manager. 4. Filing of documents, letters and memos. 5. Issuing Monthly Invoice & Monitoring payment to ensure proper credit control 6. Typing letters, memos and notices. 7. Maintaining proper stock cards for Stationeries, Petty Cash, tools, bulbs etc... 8. To assist Building Manager to monitor the financial performance. 9. To provide customers service to residents/owners in handling complaints, inquiries and information bureau. 10. Attend to all administration and front office accounts. 11. Other responsibilities which are not defined above but which may be considered normal based on market practice/standards. 12. As an employee, you will be included in all Headquarters and site related WhatsApp group for easy communication and if there is a query addressed to you, then you are required to acknowledge and respond immediately.
