Achieve 100% financial and performance indicators for key customer segments under direction of aligned BG Sales Manager & Inside Sales Leader
Working with IS Leader develop tactics to fulfil quarterly and annual objectives.
Establish and maintain customer relationships (including cold calling).
Understands the customer’s business/sales model to influence key players.
Leads sales calls and orchestrates territory planning which results in growing the business
Determines appropriate sales strategies and tactics which benefit the customer and 3M
Achieve agreed outbound call frequency per day/month, depending on customer targets and/or campaign tasks
Demonstrates knowledge and use of social selling tools to create connections with industry and customers.
Work with aligned Sales Specialists where required to achieve 100% financial and performance indicators for key Lead to Revenue Campaigns.
Proactively contact targeted customer segments or accounts on specific campaigns combined with support of marketing tools & support resources.
Analyse customer data to identify portfolio gaps in B & C Accounts
Work with aligned Sales Specialists to assist in identifying opportunities in hopper in salesforce for targeted customer segments.
For Key Customer segments identify new business opportunities and communicate opportunities to Sales Specialists to build into Sales pipeline in salesforce.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and utilisation of salesforce (CRM) to capture all touch points with all contacts within each key account. Ensure all activities, account and contact details are updated into Salesforce.
Utilise existing approved resources & collateral
Work with Product Manager to provide input on Marketing including digital initiatives to target specific groups
Establish detailed product knowledge of all products within scope and responsibility, as well as an understanding of their uses and applications.
REQUIREMENT
Experienced in Inside Sales or Customer Service
High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
Has the connect capability by video & telephone making to customers who are interested in 3M solutions
Has the strategic & data-driven thinking skills to deal with challenges & set forth optimal alternatives
Proactive & agile responses to customer needs & requests
A continuous learner, who is a positive thinker and with high emotional intelligence (social competence), and has the ability to work well in a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
