REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline Good in English (Oral & Written) Minimum 1 year experiences as IT Support Fresh Graduate are welcome Proficient with the following: Windows Server Administration (2008, 2012), AD, DHCP, DNS, GpO, Excel, Reporting and Data Analytics, RDP, INC Hardware knowledge : Desktop PC dan Notebook Basic knowledge in Network (LAN, WAN, VPN), DNS, TCP/IP Windows installation and configuration Working knowledge on the following: IT Security best practices, LANSweeyer, IIS, ASP.NET, Powershell Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus program Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Strong physical and have a good medical record Willing to work overtime if required Willing to work in Yogyakarta or Semarang site
