REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Troubleshooting skills Ability to create and follow technical documentation Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows and Unix (included Mac OS) platform. Network experience: Structured Cabling, TCP/IP, DHCP Technical degree or certifications a plus
