DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain safe operation. Flawless implementation of Engineering Service at nominated key accounts. Identify, execute and document improvement opportunities via product upgrades, new product introductions, sale of service and execution of Engineering Service at selected accounts using total cost of ownership and Benefit Selling methodologies. Generate proof of performance collateral. Conduct training for customers on product knowledge, applications and services. Provide technical support to Chinese customer by resolving technical issues or conduct trouble shooting on site related to Mobil product. Lead field root cause analysis / investigation regarding product performance, troubleshooting, and complaint. Carry out flawless execution of engineering activities as part of DPES (Distributor Planned Engineering Services) program along with all related documentation e.g. minute of meetings, engineering report. Develop engineering report and document engineering activities on site and present to customer as per requirement. Visit customer on regular basis to assist and support customer on technical / products support related with lubrication and Mobil products. Identify opportunity for improvement at customer site to deliver savings through safety, reduce lubricants consumption or increase productivity. Create monthly work plan activity to visit customer, on weekly and monthly basis and submit call report based on the visits. Assist customer in lubricant selection. Proficient in ExxonMobil Lubricants product specification. Ensuring lubricants compatibility with the machine, process fluids and work environment.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in Chinese / Mandarin for conversation and writing, able to write and read proposals. Having lived in country that used Mandarin as a native language, for more than a year would be a plus. Demonstrates understanding of the culture of Mandarin people. Motivated and having commercial selling skill. Have an experience in technical sales. Great interpersonal skill for customer relationship management. Influencing and communication skills. Self-starter attitude and able to work in a team. Have industrial market and application lube knowledge. Will highly mobile in Sulawesi area, especially Morowali and Kendari.
