DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Be first line of support to user’s problem Troubleshoot and solve problems related (H/W and S/W) with PC / Desktops, Thin Client, Notebook, Printers, Scanners, iPad, SmartPhones, Video Conference, Tele Conference, etc. Maintain up-to-date inventory Ensure each device used by users complies with IT Policy Maintain up-to-date system software including patch and Antivirus Record and Log ticket for each Request / Incident
REQUIREMENT

Age <= 30 years Willing to Travel Hand on experience in managing, installing and troubleshooting issue related with PC / Notebook, Thin client, Smartphone, Printer, Scanner, Wifi, network wiring, etc Hand on experience in installing and troubleshooting issue related with MS Windows, MS Office, Mc Afee AV Good knowledge and understanding of TCP / IP networking
