1. Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 2. Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. 3. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. 4. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. 5. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
