DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the entire recruitment and retention process, including reviewing job advertisements, screening and selecting CVs, conducting interviews and background checks, to provide onboarding, orientation and trainings to new joiners. Enhance employee relations including nurturing a positive working environment and resolving employee relations issues. Ensure the staffing needs of the organisation are fulfilled in an effective and efficient manner. Advise senior management and oversee matters related to talent management, including but not limited to manpower planning, retention, succession planning, training, leadership selection. Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs; track the progress and effectiveness of training programs. Assist, advise and guide manager and staff at all levels on the appraisal process and KPI achievement to ensure assessments are conducted in a fair manner to balance both the company and staff interests. Conduct performance appraisals and advise senior management on remuneration, promotions, upgrading based on proper analysis (e.g. benchmarking of salaries, industry trends, etc.). Manage disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, termination, and other employee relation matters in compliance with the relevant rules and legislation. Develop, implement, and monitor human resources policies and procedures. Constantly benchmark against industry best practices. Ensure proper record keeping for the entire HR process ranging from Company's policies and procedures, handbook, memos, payroll & statutory documentation and other related matters. Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and acts. Liaise with the relevant authority and government bodies. Proactively provide advice and solutions to senior management with regards to all areas of HR which is in line with the business goals and direction of the Company.
REQUIREMENT

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline. Minimum 15 years experience with the past 5 years within a leadership capacity. Possess leadership qualities, has an eye for details and able to work independently. Demonstrated success in supporting key senior management and building relationships. Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across organizational units. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, results driven, empathetic, personable, approachable. Constantly update job knowledge, keep up with the latest trends and technology available to support and improve HR functions.
