DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage all-round HR responsibilities including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training & development, daily operations etc. Develop and manage pay structure, salary benchmarking, staff performance system and bonus schemes for attracting and retaining quality staff Develop, review and implement HR policies, workflow & SOP Provide professional advice on HR related issues on all levels Plan and organize staff activities and company events Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong Administrate payroll, final payment, MPF, medical insurance, staff data records etc Manage all office administration services & coordinate the renewal of insurance contracts including office package insurance policy, medical malpractice insurance etc.
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline Minimum 7 years all rounded HR experience, in which 1-2 years in managerial capacity preferred Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill and positive attitude Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Good Team Player Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese Interested parties should forward your CV in English to us by clicking "Apply Now" for further details.
