DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share Develop and implement customer solutions for major accounts Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, and ensure long-term business and revenue growth Monitor sales trends and financial health of customers, and make sound recommendations to assure profitability and achieve business targets Involve in quarterly/ monthly business reviews for key accounts Coordinate with internal departments to provide excellent services to customers Represent team to participate in or to lead various business programs or projects Providing sales mentoring and sales trainings to junior sales Conduct Market Research and Business studies and provide market intelligences to support team and company’s business initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related discipline Minimum 5 years' sales experience in service industry with solid track records in customer acquisition and account management Strong business acumen with good analytical skills Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills Strong sales drive and resilience and be initiative Strong teamwork and willing to help developing others Able to work independently and under a fast changing business environment Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficient PC skills with excellent MS Office skills
