DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process orders via email or phone. Check data accuracy in orders. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Stay up-to-date with new products. Send quotations to customers Verify lead times with vendors Answer product and technical questions Source products not currently offered Other duties as assigned. Sourcing for items Making Sales Order and Quote Help customer for their Purchases and Inquiry Input items on system Update shipping details
REQUIREMENT

High attention to detail and numbers Strong skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, using Formula, Pivot Table, etc Good English is a MUST (write, hear and speak) Fully working from home, stable internet connection is a must Decent working space for laptop and 1 extra monitor Will be supporting USA based company Working hour starting 8 PM - 5 AM WIB Working days and national holidays are following USA calendar 1-2 years of work experience as a Sales Admin / Purchasing staff / Telesales / Telemarketing will be preferable Ability to work in both collaborative and independent work environments. Not possible for double job, the workload require full time Nor for those who still studying in college or master degree
