DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as point of contact to our customers. Monitor incidents to ensure Service Level Agreement are respected. Document and report unresolved issues to Customers and follows up on them with professionalism. Follow up the incidents to Product and Solution owners in DGIT internal team to get the resolution based on Customer priority. Escalate all process issues to the Incident Manager. Establish excellent communications channels with QA, development/technical staff and Incident Manager to ensure excellent Customer support. Work as one with our global team. Be flexible and responsive to fulfilling other duties as required.
REQUIREMENT

Proficient with MySQL, Linux, Jira, REST-API and ITIL incident management Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum has one year of working experience. Must possess good communication in written and spoken English. Passionate about working with customers. Has good problem-solving skills. Able to think logically and analytically; to work under pressure and working in shifts. Willing to work in 24x7 environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. English CV is a must
