DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide full spectrum of secretarial & office admin duties Handling of travel arrangement, expense claims and itinerary. Assist in filing, documentation services and office administration duties
REQUIREMENT

University graduate 5 - 10 years of secretarial/admin experience with banking or financial institutions. Hands on experience in serving PRC bankers is preferred Proficient in MS word, excel and powerpoint Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua. Fast paced, dynamic and committed Immediate available is mostly preferred.
