DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1) Attend inbound calls and answer queries of the customers. 2) Politely resolve and provide solutions to the customers. 3) Resolve customer complaints professionally. 4) Make outbound calls and coordinate with the team for scheduling. 5) Proactively manage the job responsibilities as assigned. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
REQUIREMENT

1) Candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi 2) Candidates should have good communication skills and good command of both languages. 3) Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in call center/customer service 4) Only Male candidates are accepted for this position due to late evening shift and rotational timings.
