DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Be responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service Giving update to customer on their shipment using our dashboard Conflict resolution with customer if any issues appears Outbound call with driver ensuring they are carrying their delivery according to our standard as well as helping them when facing difficulties delivering the shipment Taking ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer’s needs using appropriate questioning, listening skills to offer appropriate solutions Working on a computer and using our in house systems to be able to provide the best customer service
REQUIREMENT

University student or fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic languages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to withstand pressure Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. Telephone/call centre experience preferable but not essential Good listening skills due to the nature of the calls
