DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as first line of support to help the users online either by replying their inquiries or by escalating their complains to the Second Line of Support to resolve reported issues. Research the required information using the available / assigned resources and provide requested information to the customer as per the quality and service standard. Attend and respond the incoming calls as per the guidelines and quality standard. Record / enter customer information as per the standard operating procedure Process orders, forms and applications as per the standard operating procedure Provide customers with product or service information as per the service standard. Follow up customer calls if applicable as per the standard procedure and service level agreement Route / Re-direct calls to appropriate resource as per the standard operating procedure. Complete call logs as per standard operating procedure.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree holder. Two to four years experience as Customer service executive. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Excellent time management and self-organizing. Solution focused and High problem solving skills. Experience with usage of MS Windows and MS office and related tools. Fast typing speed capability.
