DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Processing day-to-day order from website & e-commerce. Update product information and content on the website. Manage website configuration & parameters (eg shopping alternatives, payment options, stock management) Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising Scope and document ongoing website functional projects/improvements Liaise with e-commerce agency regarding the day to day management of the website Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website & e-commerce sales conversions & customer engagement Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field. Proven skills, competencies, and experience in the field of E-Commerce / Website / Marketplace / Social Media related. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Admin E-commerce or related field is required for this position. Proven skills, competencies, and experience in the field of E-Commerce / Website / Marketplace / Social Media related. Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiar with basic photography and visual editing. Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable Domiciled in Bandung.
