DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement Constantly work towards improving customer experience Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them Technical assistance - vendors on order related issues, technical issues for their devices (phone and printer)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service and fresh graduate are welcome to apply Required skill (s): Typing in Traditional Chinese, MS Office Required language (s): Mandarin or Cantonese and English Able to work in fast paced, high-intensity work environment Flexible and able to adapt fast changes Must be able to work on rotate shift as needed (weekdays, Weekends & Public Holiday) Preferably with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Talent should be Malaysian citizen Able to join 10 days training
