DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To find and hire maximum best candidate in accordance to respective department requirement and company policy. To plan and implement training program refer to the needs of each department in accordance to company achievement target. To plan, implement, and develop an accurate and efficient payroll system, in accordance to company policy. To plan, implement, and develop employee evaluation system. To have a systematic and easy to track documentation. To make sure that all operation in Human Resources department is done in accordance to company policy Organize internal audit and management review
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 40 years Candidat must possess at least Bachelor Degree ( Master Degree is preferable ) Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00, having Certificated in HR is an advantage. At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing would be and advantage. Have adequate knowledge in end to end organization structure in HR. Have a sound knowledge in HR Management, Labour Laws, Ethical Bussiness, Industrial Relation, and Compensation & Benefit. Able to analyze manpower planning, do psychological interview, good in budget management, negotiation and advance in Microsoft office. Must have excellent skill in coaching and problem solving. Strong in leadership skill and achievement orientation. Fluent in English Basic requirements: Healthy, excellent attitude, excellent professional ethics, good in English written & Spoken, excellent computer skill Ms. Office and other software, outstanding interpersonal relationship building, excellent organization skill & Leadership. Business requirements: Familiar with the business process of manufacturing company, KPI, and budgeting, excellent knowledge in continuous improvement.
