DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage customers’ orders (order entry prepare documentation) Participate in projects to improve work processes Liaise with vendor to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers Attend to customers’ inquiries on order status/lead time/stock availability/ quality issues Track and expedite orders Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders and warehouse Resolve customers’ complaints and issues
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma Preferably with 2 years experience in Order Management, Customer Service or related fields Proficient in MS Office Experience in using ERP system will be an added advantage Customer-focused with the ability to develop and build rapport with customers
