DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare customer progress and usage reports periodically Deliver high quality work standard Contributor to the quality control process Supports cloud architects in their administrative and operations matters Implementation of Cloud based architectures for Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure To setup, manage and maintain servers within Cloud infrastructure Configure and maintain software components such as OS, web servers, etc. Ensure system stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability Define, document and communicate project progress to internal stakeholders and project teams Provide support for infrastructure framework by responding to escalated issues, troubleshooting errors and developing technical solutions Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Amazon Web Services, Azure Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology Knowledge of Terraform Knowledge of cloud operations on AWS or Azure be advantageous Able to juggle work tasks in a fast moving environment Able to spot issues and recommend solutions Aptitude to learn new technologies Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a team Customer service oriented
