DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide customer service at an exemplary level upholding the professional image of the company Stay engaged with customers to ensure a positive customer experience during their scheduled appointment Provide product advisory, answer to customers enquiries, and explaining procedures over the phone Assist with clients account management Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments Contact customers tactfully to negotiate plans Maintain and update customers’ records on timely basis
REQUIREMENT

Minimum GCE O’Level or Diploma/Degree in any field. Entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply ( training will be provided) Positive attitude and friendly demeanour Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills Detail-oriented and meticulous in ensuring records are captured and updated into the system Able to work independently with minimum supervision Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office
