DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Serve as the primary contact between customer, sales and production.
Know all assigned accounts thoroughly; establish and maintain organized and complete records for all customer orders.
Manage the production of jobs from purchase order/quotation to delivery and up to final billing of all assigned accounts for new and repeat orders.
Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate customer requirements into detailed workflow instructions and oversee workflow across multiple departments.
Confer with customers to keep them informed of the status of jobs, solicit additional information needed for current jobs and coordinate changes to jobs. Ensure final documents are signed off and approved for print.
Monitor progress of jobs throughout production, conferring with manufacturing operations on counts and final runs and ensure the final product meets customer requirements and company standards.
Tally the final production runs and work performed to assemble paperwork for billing purposes.
REQUIREMENT
Min GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level/ITE/Diploma in any discipline.
With or without experience, training will be provided.
Able to work independently with minimal guidance. This implies good time management and planning/organizational skills.
Able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people in a wide variety of settings, possessing strong communication skills, maintaining flexibility, objectivity and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Courteous and respectful to all internal and external customers at all times.
Action-oriented and self-motivated with good problem solving skills
