DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop digital and print for Non Technical training material
Plan, deliver, and evaluate face to face after sales training course
Conduct role-playig activities to develop interpersonal skills
Identify individual and team skills gaps (analytic skill)
Schedule regular training sessions
Liaise with both internal & external team to encourage on the job training
Coordinate mentorship programsfor new dealer
Assess impact of each training course on dealer staff performance and customer satisfaction
Maintain updated records of training curricula, material, and data
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): training, services, mechanical
Preferably Staff (non-managemen& non-supervisor) specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
