DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To operate and control machine of formulation, filling & packing as standard operating procedures (work instructions)
To ensure material, energy and supporting tools usage on effective and efficient way
To check and record parameter of production process and report it to group leader and supervisor
To report production output, usage of process material, scrap material in format of shift report and production log sheet.
To check and record quality of product which is being processed and reported it to group leader and supervisor
To report any obstacles and problem/ down time in production line to group leader and supervisor.
To run program activity of: 5S, HSE, ISO 9001,14001, 18001 and TPM (autonomous maintenance) as related procedures.
To report near misses condition and improvement suggestion / idea through Improvement Report form.
Capable to do problem shooting/ solving for daily routine process or breakdown issue
Active in SGA programs and Lean programs.
To develop himself by actively follow training program provided by the company
REQUIREMENT
Graduated from SMK of Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
Experience in manufacturing field at least 2 years. Having experience in similar process of formulation Area & Filling Lines would be advantages
Understand English, minimal passive
Willing to be placed in Surabaya Plant - Rungkut Industri
