DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Front desk duties. Receive incoming calls and reply emails. Provide excellent service by responding to customers’ enquiries promptly and professionally. Act as single point of contact for all customers. to perform simple admin and cashier duties. to perform ad hoc duties when assigned. Assists in event sales. Assists in follow up sales. Assist in setting up of rooms for event. Collect course fee, prepare invoice, receipts, and handover forms. Preparing course notes or Book and certificates for the students. Maintaining databases by keeping everything clean and updated. Assist and co-ordinate in outdoor or indoor events, exhibitions, etc. Data entry. Prepare Monthly Sales report.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above. Preferably with Customer Service experience. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Good team player, enjoy meeting people and services oriented. Has good initiative, able to work independently and self-driven. Communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, cheerful and outgoing personality. Pleasant disposition and personality. Promoting nature enrichment Seminar/event. Good communication skills and written in English & Chinese. Well organised, meticulous. able to demonstrate good teamwork and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must possess good speaking skills and be able to articulate themselves well. Previous sales experience in events / training industry with good track record of at least 1 year will be highly considered. sales: 1 year (Required) Administrative Support: 1 year (Required) Location: MacPherson (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Chinese (Required)
