DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute the financial strategic and operational planning process for Taiwan office business. Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, assist in project assessments and supportive in financing solutions. Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans. Drive analysis of business performance including sales, pricing, margin, credit management and marketing costs Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues To ensure compliance with Business Integrity, adherence to FCPA and GBP in cooperation with Legal & HR parties. Achieve financial targets of AOP / RoFo (sales, ISM, WoCA, overdue) Co-work with GC Finance team to enhance performance. To drive and grow business value in the market by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets. To own and manage the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the commercial organization and drives for the delivery of the committed results. REQUIREMENT

This position aims to ensure financially sound decision making by participating in the Market Management Team to deliver meaningful interpretation and decision support based on services and analytics from FP&A resources. Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance and or Accounting Minimum 6 years working experience in functional finance area, from medical health / device industry is highly preferred. With excellent FP&A and A&IC knowledge, relevant Financial tools and systems (EFR, VIPP) and adherence of FCPA, GBP, ICS/SOX Able to adapt fast environment with impactful on developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences Good analytical and convincing communication skills MS Office, Data mining and Visualization skill Good command of Chinese and English In return, we offer you
