DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Role: To provide technical support, advice and assistance for information systems and network infrastructure. The post includes to ensure that problems and support requests are resolved effectively and efficiently in a timely fashion. The Person: Able to manage the whole IT infrastructure support (basic to medium level) Mature, patient, with initiative & tenacity in handling difficult situations, able to improvise and find work around solutions whenever obstacles are encountered The Activities: Apply working basic technical knowledge on PC/Laptop, Network, Switch, Router, Server. Installation & configuration of operating systems and application software on PC/Laptop as well as peripheral devices in complying with company's policies & procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras/ KL/ PJ/ Subang Branch Engineer position also available for Kota Kinabalu/ Melaka/ JB/ Sungai Petani/ Kedah. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Few Full- Time positions is avaiable. Able to learn and willing to cross train in other IT/ IS areas. Able to deliver results in a support enviroment with minimal supevision. Able to provide report and follow up on incidents been reported by end user.
