DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide help desk support, consult, and solve problem user
Assist user in setting up & troubleshooting (software / hardware)
Provide and maintain IT Equipment for new and existing employee (laptop, printer, monitor, etc)
Help to create standard IT Equipment
Involve in continuous improvement projects
Having experience in networks (LAN, WAN, VPN) especially Mikrotik, Ruckus, Fortinet.
Good knowledge in system security, firewall and backup data/recovery, troubleshooting
Familiar with server including installation (OS), configuration and maintenance
Familiar with MS Active Directory
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude for clients
Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related discipline ( D3,S1)
Participation in “on-call support” on weekends / holiday
Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang
